Add me. I've been on here a few years, lost 54 pounds and gained most of it back without reaching my goals. I'm down 23 pounds this time, and am still highly motivated. Looking for people that can keep me motivated, posting statuses about their day, logging their food, and supporting others.

I have a goal of 8-10 pounds a month. I started right before the new year, and I've lost 20, so I'm on track so far. I watch my calories and also use my fitbit, trying to stick to 15,000 steps a day. Anyone feel free to add me.

It's hard for me to judge someone else's diary, knowing full well that my own isn't perfect, but I would suggest eating more fruits. You have a lot of things that have a lot of salt in them. I would say find a more even balance with vegetables. We all know fruits and vegetables are good for you, but maybe focus more on getting that vitamin A, or other nutrients instead of looking at that sugar number. I would try to only buy water/coffee, to cut out any extra calories that drinking soda would bring. And bringing fruits and veggies to snack on is a great idea! I did it! I also didn't do all 150 at once. I just started my weight loss; I'm at 205 lbs, having lost 11 lbs already, mostly thru nutrition. My 8 year old son helped out by counting out my jumping jacks, and gave me a high five when I finished. LOL
