Love it!! And I wish I had more friends on here that followed that advice. I want to eat as clean as I can, I have steak now and then but maybe I'll try to phase that out eventually. Thanks for the post! :)

    I'm with you.

    What about rainbows?
Rainbows are fine, just moderate your unicorn meat consumption to none.

    Say "NO" to boxed foods.
But I like my mini wheats
    Cans are for winter.
SPAM taste good in the summer too.
    Reduce your sitting periods.
    Eat more veggies!
    Agree
Avoid Sugars, including sweeteners. Only naturally occurring ones are okay (aim for 60g or less)
Eating a ton of bananas isn't okay based on it's sugar volume. What's more important is to not overconsume.
Moderate your red meat consumption to none.
    Not happening.
    Invest in your body.
Have for over 29 years now.
No Boxed foods or preservatives (obviously impossible, Do your best!)
Salt is a preservative. You need it to survive.
Good fats are Poly and Mono unsaturated.
True, but small amounts of saturated fat is fine.
    Lean meats only.
    Including red meat.
Eat fresh whenever possible. Don't overcook!
    Sushi is da bomb!
At least 30 min of exercise everyday.
    One hour is the recommendation.
No high Gluten, high fat or fried foods, you just don't need it.
You don't need TV either, but a controlled amount of it is fine.

Here's how to be healthy - go vegan! I did and I never looked back. The weight is dripping off me.
You can eat vegan and smoke. Not healthy. It's more than just food that's associated with good health.

In our house, no red meat would be blasphemy. We have one family member who thinks he must have meat in every dinner.

If you're hung up about the whole boxed foods bit, REMEMBER: Most cereals, cookies, and crackers may come in a box, but INSIDE they're in plastic sleeves. The plastic sleeves are touching the food, therefore they are not actually boxed.

    Boom goes the dynamite.
