Can't you just put them in another room?

Big difference in your face too!

I think the ONLY thing left over is your nose!

You need to get a heart-rate monitor. The automatic ones cost more, but are more accurate.

I was at 193.8 this morning, and my goal was 194, so I guess that means I need to change it! I have this fear of jinxing myself for setting another goal for this month, but I'm going to shoot for 190.

My cousin left some of her Hooters clothes at my house, and doesn't need them anymore, so I am going to use them as my before and after pictures. I look disgusting right now, but my goal is to look hot in those clothes. My NSV is that I can even get them on, they're stretchy pants (practically underwear). Total muffin top…

Another NSV! My husband and I went to my grandmothers for dinner last night, and while it was good, I had the sneaking suspicion that it was calorie-laden, yet I helped myself to a second serving (not my NSV). So I asked her for the recipe, she showed it to me, and I took a picture with my iphone, and then used my iphone…

Really my point in asking this is I want to know how others feel about splenda. I am not going to make decisions based solely on what I read on here, I just use this place as a sounding board.

Checking in for the week as well, 194.8 this morning!

NSV: I met my husband today for lunch at Bill Miller's (BBQ chain in Texas). Before I went, I looked up the nutritional value of the food and knew what I was going to order: BBQ Turkey Green beans (not very good, but filling) Potato salad (yes, potato salad, I knew the Turkey and green beans wouldn't be enough to fill me…

This is awesome! I just checked it out and was recommended a high protein/low carb diet. I googled for ideas and ran across several people warning about this. My point is I'll do this "diet" (ahemmealplanahem) and go back to this website after I lose some weight and see what it recommends, and of course, supplements!

"I met with my trainer tonight and once again thoroughly kicked my butt (I think trainers spend their evenings off thinking of ways to hurt their clients  )." I'm married to a Bally's PFT, and no, he doesn't spend time thinking of ways to torture! He is genuinely concerned about his customers and trying to find…

I do that with my food that I have every day (it's December, I can't live without my hot chocolate (fat free of course!).

I just did day 2 yesterday, Plyometrics, which I now love, 795 calories in an hour, and would have been more but I had to skip the last 5 minutes (still did the cool down) because I had a meeting to get ready for.

I was excited to see everyone, the ones I thought looked fantastic (from the at-home contestants) were: Tina -- "Sexy Grandma" Rick -- "Beautiful eyes" Adam -- "Simply HOT" Anna -- "Beautiful Smile" Aaron -- "OMG" Lisa -- "Rolemodel Mom" Mark -- "Another Simply HOT" (He should have won!) As for Ada, Frado, and Patrick:…

I don't. Sometimes I do exercises in the sauna, like push-ups and sit-ups and I count just those calories according to my HRM. The extra that I lose and don't log is just a nice bonus I see on the scale.

I was team Ada the entire time, but that 6000 step challenge they did for the car, the one that Ada was winning and then stopped to let Patrick win, that's when my admiration for her went through the roof. She's just an awesome person, and now that she's discovering who she is on the inside, it will be that much easier for…

Ali? Are you serious? She looks great; she's no Olson twin and I'm glad for it. She is in great shape and has beautiful curves. You should try to find re-runs of "Days of Our Lives" from the 90s and you'll see that she did lose weight and shape up.
-
You gotta understand asian culture, for her dad to even express that is a big step, and Ada recognized that.
-
I agree that Ada SHOULD be in the top 3, she deserves to win, but I think Patrick will win. Therefore, I actually hope America votes for Elizabeth, that way Ada can win the at home prize.

I feel that way, but not about being skinny; instead I feel that way about my family.

My NSVs: I ran a half-marathon in November (I like running events) Aside from running, I've actually felt motivated to work-out, including weight-lifting Less than 300 calories for my lunch today! I still have 800 calories to go today, and I haven't exercised yet! I'm starting P90X today or tomorrow, and I'm looking…

Well, I will have an interesting Christmas. My in-laws are coming, but my Mother-in-law doesn't hardly eat, and while she loves to cook, she usually cooks stuff I don't care for. So thank goodness!

Well I'm in. I'm about to be 30 and I need to lose weight. I'm in the Air Force, so while some may look at me and not see me as obese (yet still overweight), I look so gross next to all these size 00's that I work with. So that's my vain reason, I'm tired of being the "big girl" at work, and I just want to wear sexy…

Welcome, I think I could use your positive outlook!

You should get a BMI calculator. It will tell you your body fat and your BMI. I'm sure one of those went down, even if your weight didn't.
-
I'm in! Dec 1 weight: Approx 198 Today's weight: Approx 199 Dec 31 goal weight: 194

I can't wait until that day! Once again, I'm at 2 lbs lost, the next 5 or 6 will be easy (they always are), it will be the ones that come after that.

More replacement binge foods perhaps (worked when I was lighter, I'm staying away from all favorites right now): Fruit bars (they taste so good, hard to believe they're only 100 calories) Skinny Cow anything Quaker Caramel Rice cakes
