" I tried listening to his podcast but can't stand that "tough guy" self-grandizing crap." I know I am way late in responding to this, but I am on the FB page for 75hard, on day 1, plan on completing it, I listened to his #75HARD podcast, and started listening to some of his other podcasts, his most recent one (referencing…

I'm going to add you, but I don't always have cell phone reception/internet access, so I don't have consecutive days logged in.

My addiction is tied to my soda addiction (literally used to drink at least a liter a day). If I'm doing really well at not drinking soda, the rest follows since I like to wash my junk/fast food down with a nice big Sprite. It's been 10 days no soda!

I wish I was an expert in that area, I'm sure you'd be able to lose weight faster or something, but I go over all the time and I still see positive results...
-
Wish I could help! I burn a lot of calories every day and I have been losing fat and gaining muscle, but I love my sweet tea and sodas. I don't have as much of them, but I just haven't been able to give them up...

I used the Nike+ app on my iPhone....so if you have an iPhone, all you need to get is a pair of Nike shoes, but only if they work for your feet, fortunately for me, Nike shoes are the best for my feet. If you don't have an iPhone or don't want Nike shoes, but you do have a smartphone, there are plenty of apps that can…

I think of drinking as drinking preventative medicine. I honestly believe (and don't know the scientific evidence to back this up) that part of the reason I rarely got sick (in the past 10 years, I got sick once, in 2009, for one day), is because I drink water. I am not perfect about constantly drinking it, but generally…

Can I suggest that you aim (for your first goal) for 24 lbs first? 10% of your starting body weight is usually a good goal to start out with. Aiming for 200 is nice, but that's almost 20%, which is a good secondary or terciary goal =) The reason I say that is because the first 10% is a lot easier to lose (with diet and…

I've lost 24 lbs and mine have stayed EXACTLY the same, only difference is now that my waist is smaller, my boobs stand out more, which SUCKS. I always wanted to be small-chested.
-
Your boobs shrunk! There's hope for me!

A month ago today. 12/09/10. My best friend came over to take holiday pics of me and my husband (and our pups), and I looked so fat. I hadn't taken any pics of myself recently, and I thought I was "on the right track." I was partially, but since then, I've lost 20 lbs (10%)!

I have an electronic scale. Haha, I bought it years ago in Weight Watchers and never used it. When I got married my husband started using it for weighing postal returns (he loves to buy stuff online then always returns it). Anyway, when I got to using this site a lot, I realized I needed to have an idea of how much my food…

Hope this doesn't sound mean, but the first thing that needs to change is attitude! If you approach "this" as horrid and hurting, then you won't have an enjoyable experience. I teach seminars on the power of a positive attitude at work, and the same thing goes for fitness. I've only lost 17 lbs but I have changed 100% from…

My other goals include (at the 10 lb marks) a Coach purse, a make over, a new overcoat.
-
190 today...1 lb gained, which I would be sad about, but considering I'm just coming out of the holidays and only "cheated" for 2 days, I'm not too upset!

Soda can be a big weakness for me. The longest I've gone was from 01 January - end of May 2010. I have now been without soda since October 26th! Every once in awhile I'll have a sip of whatever my husband is drinking...I'm doing that different from last time, that way I still get my "fix" every once in awhile. Like a…

Do you have netflix? There are some there, search for "crunch" and "self:" and you'll see several. I'm doing P90X, but I also have Insanity (for the low calorie burn days of P90X); I have Jillian Michaels as well, and she ROCKS!

This is my two weeks in comparison photos...it's only been a week since then, but still! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/143012-it-s-amazing-what-two-weeks-can-do

Hi! I just wanted to encourage all of you that you can do it. I would suggest going to active dot com and signing up for a 5K at a point in the future that you feel comfortable with. That way you have that end date in mind, and then just make a goal of getting up to where you can keep your heart rate up for about an hour.…

I've been under my calorie goal everyday...before adding in the exercises!

No hair falling out, but my skin is all blotchy on my upper thighs.

I wish I was cold for two reasons: A) I'd weigh a lot less B) I'm in Texas and I hate it here!
-
The main reason that I decided to keep them linked is because seeing a friends posts from MFP are what got me motivated. Hopefully I can motivate someone else...actually already got one guy on here and changing his lifestyle!
-
I just wanted you to know that you totally inspired me to start P90X. I'm now on day 10 and down 6 lbs!
-
192.8!!! Down a pound in a week...works for me!
-
Oh but it would be so nice NOT have to ask someone at least once a day to stop looking at my boobs (mentally anyway).
-
Haha, my hubby likes them the way they are too, NOT ME!
-
The clothes I prefer look way better on smaller boobs!
