they use them in school for kids that can't sit still in their desk...my nephew gets to sit on a ball and bounce...and as long as he doesn't get goofy and out of control, he gets to keep it. Sadly I'm still using mine for crunches...I can't figure out how to keep it inflated...I pump it up but maybe i'm not fast enough…

I will add request you and you are free to look at mine! I just went back to a 1200/cal day from 1450 < that was waaay too much to be eating and my weight loss slowed down quite a bit...... My diary is not perfect, since its my first day back at 1200, but you are welcome to look!

I have lost 31 lbs so far, and I dont eat all of my exercise calories.... Thats just way too much to eat, and after all, thats how I got heavy! LOL.... They say you are supposed to eat them all, but i only dip in to no more then 200, and thats if I am really hungry from working out alot..... Thats just me tho :)

I had one years ago, and I loved it.... it didnt hurt my neck either..... I just recently picked another one up, made by golds gym (walmart, 20 bucks) I used it once.... and its been sitting there.... it killlsssss my neck! :( I also used to use the ab wheel, and that thing worked really good for me and helped me tone…

Water, water, water :) Stay hydrated before, during and after a workout! I had this same problem when I started working out and eating right. I started to drink more water esp when I was about to work out, and it did the trick :)

I walk!! I lost most of my wgt so far from walking and eating right! And I feel so much better after it...... However, now I have to step it up because my body is getting used to it, and its a bit harder to lose more wgt.... When I started I would walk 3-5 days a week (still do)... even if just for 10 mins around the block…

After my first was born I had quite a few stretch marks.... i picked up a lotion with MSM in it..... and wow..... rubbed in on a couple times a day and my stretch marks were gone...... I need to pick some more up since my 2nd child left some as well....
