I usually drink about 1500ml of water and 480ml of coffee a day. I know even I should up the water a bit. You really should drink more. Try setting small goals to up it, like 3 cups a day for a few days then 4 cups and so on. Also get a reusable water bottle and take small sips through the day.

He can cook for himself then. My husband just takes what I make and adds some cheese or whatnot to his liking. A Happy Wife, is a Happy Life!

Starting MFP definitely changed the way I grocery shopped and cooked. Whenever I go over my calories, it seems to be from snacking too much. What I found helps for me is to type in all of my main meals in the morning before I actually eat any of them, then I have an idea of how many calories I have left over for snacks…
