I don't think that necessarily true, but a gym sounds like a good place to hunt for a dude.

Sometimes their profile picture screams that they're super serious about staying in shape, so I reach out to them because I want more friends like that. In other cases, I see a post on one of these threads and they provide some really good information and again, I want more informative friends.

Nice! And I agree that the technique is the most important thing. But I feel that the technique is easier to master if you're rep range in pull ups is high. But yeah man, I know plenty of people who don't do crazy amount of reps of pull ups and can do muscle ups.

It really depends on your diet. If you use this website to calculate your calories, stay away from fat, and minimize carbs, you should be able to achieve your goal. Although idk where your body fat percentage is at when you posted your question.

Drink water, but if you want something sweet, have some green tea sweetened with honey. All natural and healthy. Problem solved.

I'm a math major, and you need to have your College Algebra down before going into Stats, but if you manage to do Stats without College Algebra, you are: 1) Awesome 2) Going to have an easy time when you go back and take College Algebra Isn't College Algebra a prerequisite for Stats at your school?

I'm not against the gym in anyway, it's a great place to go to find lots of resources for a great workout but you can build muscle at home or at a park just fine! I prefer to do a lot of street workouts for building upper body and abs, but I like to train legs at a gym since it's not always easy to find a 200 lb person to…

So by having…
