i agree, there are very few people that will give up sweets and never touch them again in their life! this is a lifestyle change not a quick fix

my perfect body would just be no baby pouch and fit arms and curves and no what we call here at our house JELLY BELLY lol. i just want to feel good in a pair of jeans and not want to cover my mid section when im sitting down, thats all.

im 216.6lbs right now and my overall goal is 150lbs my short term goal is 20lbs for now

if i start out with 1600 cal a day, by what MFP gives me and i knock that number down myself to 1200 a day is that going to make my body hold onto the fat because im not getting "enough" calories? thats what my family is telling me. I dont want to lose it too fast because i dont want to gain it all back but i would love to…

im gonna try the netti pot thing, ive always been afraid to try that. i have no idea what started it, i have had them since day two of the diet which was a little over a week ago.

if i am not able to measure or in a hurry then i try to eyeball it the best i can and then when i log it i add an extra serving that way i KNOW im not going over!

get a under armor sports bra, they have them at ****s or most sporting stores. they hold everything together tight

LOL i worked at a warehouse and went through about 5 pair of jeans a year because of this! And guys do notice gaps lol my husband comments on that, I DONT want a gap because of what guys think that comes from haha, just smaller thighs :) thats all you need, always the last place to lose for me..
