tomorrow for breakfast I'm going to make a smoothe! I'm making it out of 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1 cup OJ, and 2 cups Sliced Peaches...... I calculated everything up and it comes up 370 calories( which makes each serving 185 calories) and this make 2 servings! my qustion is should i drink both servings or should i save one…

okay today i decided not to do my usual walk and I decided to go on my stationary bike and ride for 45 minutes! so when i got off to see how many calories I burned it said 150! does anyone think thats right? I think I burned more than that... i was doing 20mph...idk!!!:noway:

it's best that you consume atleast 1200 calories or your body will go into starvation mode and you'll end up over eating

Tomorrow is the big day... I weigh in tomorrow! i've already lost over 20 pounds but my biggest goal of the year will hopefully be achieved.. my goal is to weigh under 300LBS.... wish me luck everyone:blushing: :noway:

My advice is to eat healthy and allow yourself to cheat sometimes! also if your not losing weight quick enough, don't freak out!!!!!!!! It's best to lose weight slowly!

Be patient! I know it seems like it's taking forever but in the end the results are the best! I've on this site for 3 1/2 months and have lost 21 pounds

I would weigh in every two weeks, cause if you weigh yourself too much and don't see any progress, you might give up!
