I also think MFP isn't very accurat. It set me far below what I'm currently eating and losing with. I used several calculators that asked for a lot more information and found a middle ground I was comfortable with to start. And don't forget to adjust your macros under goals... Then custom.

Even when eating low carb counting calories matters. You can't just eat an entire package of bacon and a whole block of cheese and lose weight. It's all about finding a way to eat that works best for you and your body.

When I'm really craving fast food, I'll hit up Wendy's. The Jr. cheeseburger deluxe isn't so bad, and sometimes I'll splurge and get a value size fry as well. They also have the baked potatoes and chili which aren't terrible options!

Yesterday there was free lunch at work and I did NOT grab a cookie. Also, today there's a pan of fresh brownies sitting in view of my desk and I haven't had one of those either!

I wear an armband for my phone, and stick my keys in my sports bra. There's absolutely no concern of it falling out! On occasion though I have also double-knotted a key to my shoe-laces.
