I've never had goosebumps on my arms! I've felt the shivering sensation but never any physical bumps raised. Another interesting fact -- my mom and I have never had the chicken pox & we also have the same birthday :)

I'm in love with Chobani Blueberry & Apple Cinnamon and they're only offered in the fat free variety. On the other hand, pineapple is only available in 2%.. I'm picky when it comes to yogurt so I usually go with flavor instead of fat content.

You shouldn't be depriving your body of nutritious calories to drink empty ones. It's great to have fun, but not a few nights a week.. it takes the "special" factor out of it and just becomes a habit.
