Cheese. I love cheese- especially the extra sharp stuff but it has a lot calories and fat and is just generally bad for you. I still eat it just in smaller, manageable portions.

I have been using PGX for about a week and I must say that I think its doing its job for me. I feel less hungry and have completely lost the urge to pig out on sugar. Which is great! Plan to continue with it for now.

I think everyone is different. I only eat about half my exercise calories and I am still losing.

Sounds good. I would be worried about eating too many of these. But defintely a better alternative to candy.

I currently live in Seattle, WA and contrary to what everyone says- It does not always rain here. It can be really beautiful when the sun is out. Lots of water all around, hills and moutains very close to here. In the spring and summer it is wonderfully scenic here. Now- to be honest- in the winter time- not so great here…

I snack in the middle of the night as well! Not all the time but sometimes. I don't usually eat a lot but I do wake up in the middle of the night and go straight to the kitchen and get snacks. HUGE problem for me. I always have trouble sleeping at night and then I want to eat to comfort myself. I try to save some cals for a healthy snack before bed. Yep yep- you said it yourself and it's in your profile pic- dont give up. I have finally realized that I usually get down when I eat lots of sugar or crap. I think it's somewhat physical in that all that sugar and wierd ingrediants makes me feel ill and depressed. So maybe you need a few days detox from the Halloween candy…

I'll probably never really be "skinny" so it will probably just be business as usual. I am looking forward to being able to do some sort of marathon or 5k or some sort of physical challenge like that in the future.

I use the Greek yogurt trick as well. I also eat salads with tuna or chicken. Tofu can make for a decent protein source as well. I make stir fry with either tofu, chicken or beef and veggies. eggs in the morning give me a good protein boost as well.

I am reading Eat, Pray, Love. Its better than the movie and interesting. Gives me hope for what the future holds for me.

I think there should be a MFP convention. I can just picture it with exercise/motivational breakout sessions and some crazy parties in the night time.
