  • I'm back on board today. Fell way off on Halloween and the days following. Time to step it up and stay motivated. I'm not weighing myself at all this week. I will drink a lot of water, stick to my cals, and work out at least 3 days the rest of this week. Who is working out today and what will your routine be?

  • I also have the problem of eating well during the day and not so well at night. I think it may have to do with the fact that I am usually up pretty late since I work 2 jobs...and my night job is at restaurant where i am constantly surrounded by food!   • Hi! I'm happy about my weigh in yesterday. I lost almost 2 lbs. since last week. I currently weigh 152.6 lbs. So close to the 140's! Probably won't make it to my exact goal of 150lbs. by halloween, but so close!
  • I think I'm getting addicted to exercising, too! In a good way. I don't like to go without it for more than one day. Yesterday I ran for the first time in a very long time. I made it for 2 miles, and then I ran up and down a nearby hill 3 times. It felt great :bigsmile: P.S. Lost 2 lbs. this week!!

  • Hey everyone! Anyway, I did not work out today because I am so sore from yesterday. Worked out Mon-Thurs this week and I will go to my Turbo Kick class tomorrow morn at 10.   • Hi Everyone, This week has been going okay so far. I have slipped up here and there, but I have been exercising consistently. Today I took a 35 minute abs class at my gym and almost died:tongue: . I think I will lose weight this week, I really hope so! I want to be 150 by halloween.

  • I love my aerobic kick boxing class at the YMCA! The music always pumps me up, and there is something about punching and kicking that makes me feel like a bad@ss.

  • Yeah! I workout 3-4 days a week on my lunch break:bigsmile: It really is the best time for me because I don't like getting up really early, and I never have time at night. I usually just eat at my desk before or after I go and work out. Good job, Let us know how it goes!

  • HI:bigsmile: Yesterday I did 50 minutes of cardio during my lunch break! YAY. Resting today....aerobic kick boxing class tomorrow morning. I at Mexican food at lunch, pretty much blew it today.   • Yeah, my Cardio Pump class worked us hard today! We focused on legs and butt today. I will probably be sore tomorrow, but it feels good! I think I'll just do cardio tomorrow, maybe some abs.

  • I would love to do this, too! I do a cardio pump (cardio and weights) class 2x per week. Then i do 2 days of 35-40 mins. of cardio on a the elliptical and stairmaster. I will add another day and step it up to do this. As you know, I am also in a size 12 and would really be thrilled to be in a 10 once the holidays roll…
