I did TBC last night and am already feeling it today. I still need to do modifications. Especially for the Spidermans and oblique pushups. How is everyone else doing?

I have been doing it off and on for 2 weeks. I'm doing week 1 for basically two weeks. I will be doing TBC after work. I really like that it's only 28 mins!

I fluctuate between 3-5 pounds daily since I have been eating 1999 calories, but........ In 4 weeks I have lost 1.75 inches off my waist and 1.50 inches off my hips!

I'm confused as well... Female 31 years old 65 inches tall 161 pounds BMR: 1371 Military BF: 36.8% Based on the chart it says I should eat 1656. So I should eat 1656 calories? Right now I am sedentary but am going to start working out. Once I start working I will use the more active numbers for calories, correct?

How was Pump & Burn? I watched the DVD but haven't done it yet. I was a little sore after the first Pump Challenge so I am going to continue with what the calendar says. I am also doing Turbo Fire at the same time so maybe that is why I was sore.

I did the 20 minute challenge today and although it got me sweating I think I will start with week 2. I have done the Body Pump classes and 24 hour fitness and felt so much better afterwards. I think those run about 50 minutes. I guess I better wait and see how sore I am tomorrow..... :wink:

I definitely think investing in a HRM is worth the money. I have one and I LOVE it! I don't workout without it.

Yay! I'm so happy other people are on here. I was surprised when I joined the group that there were no posts yet... I hope to start day one of pump today when I get off work. I have done the classes at the gym that are 50 minutes so I don't 25 minutes will be that crazy!! Talk to you all soon!

I use the Clif Strawberry Energy Shots every 5 miles. It will hydrate and give you energy. That are a ton of varieties to choose from. This is the only one I like. BTW: Great job getting up to 9 miles. That's awesome!

I am kind of doing the same thing. My 1/2 marathon will be on June 25th of this year. I'm not sure if it's ok to do but it seems to be helping me. It would be nice to hear from someone who has already done a 1/2 or full marathon... StarletteS

Ok so I did what everyone said and measured today and weighed in\. I have lost 2.75 inches in two weeks!!! Woo Hoo!! But I also gained a pound this last week. Is this right? I don't life weights. I have only been running because I'm training for a 15K. I don't think it's muscle is it? Someone pleas reassure me!!! Thanks!…
