How often should I measure

Hello! Just a quick question. How often should I be taking my measurements? Tomorrow it will be two weeks. Should I go ahead and measure. I have really lost any weight so I'm hoping I will see something in my measurements but I also don't want to measure to soon and be disappointed.... :happy:

I do it every two weeks. Or..anytime I look at myself and think, "hmm...am I getting skinnier?!" Hahah good luck!0

I usually measure once a month. But I think 2 weeks is a good time-frame too.0

If you haven't lost any pounds, I definitely would! I do it also about every two weeks because I'm not really worried about the number on the scale, but my measurements prove I'm loosing!0

Ok so I did what everyone said and measured today and weighed in\. I have lost 2.75 inches in two weeks!!! Woo Hoo!! But I also gained a pound this last week. Is this right? I don't life weights. I have only been running because I'm training for a 15K. I don't think it's muscle is it?
Someone pleas reassure me!!!
