i do 1min at a pace that i feel and then i run at fast as i can for 30secs or i do 1min 30 sec at a pace i can feel and running as fsat as i can for 1min. I use a heart rate monitor with a chest strap, becasue of my wrist guards i usually have my watch on the arm/shoulder of my singlet, that keeps it out of the way and close enough to recieve the signal

sorry this is the second polar ive owned nothing was really wrong with the last one either im just a watch tart, the new ones you can change all the batteries yourself, the old ones you had to take to the watch makers to get new batteries

ive got the same, i wore mine all day to start with, i was curious now i just wear it to the gym or derby training, if i think im going to have a really active day some times ill put it on. i forgot it the other day and didnt realise till id parked my car at the gym & had to drive all the way back home to get it

i use the programes in new rules but on my non lifting days i do C25K ( a jog to running program) I believe that both lifting and cardio both have a place and combining the two have seen my results improve the scales arnt moving but i need new jeans and my gym shorts refuse to stay up
