mine was returning home after an amazing vacation with friends and family in israel and realizing that i gained 10lbs. I wanted to get fit and eat healthy so that the next time i go, which will be in may when i move to israel, i will not be the best friend of the girl next door but the girl next door :D

Thanks for the support. So far I love it I used 5lb weight cause i didn't know where my 3lb weights were hahahaha but wow it was really hard there was a part where you side lung and hold the weights up at the same time I couldn't do it at all hahahaha. I am 5'5 and 143 and i'm trying to get down to 135 :) it is sooo hard with the last 10-15 lbs.

sometimes salads aren't feeling so i look for soup or chillii if i go to wendy's. Panera is healthy and a fast food so that is always a good place to go. if you have to go to burger king or mcdy's just get grilled chicken and eat the chicken lettecus tomatoe but not the bun and get a salad instead of french fries. eggs are good for you, eat eggs just not a ton a day, and they are high in cholesterol so just wok out and you should be fine. If you are really worried about the fat content you can eat just egg whites that is where the protein is anway but i think it tastes better to just eat a hard boiled egg with some whole wheat bread

I also work all the time as a waitress so when i get home i never want to work out and I also have trouble working out in the morning cause i don't want to tire myself out before work. But you got to do it exercise is the only way to succeed in weight loss :)…
