Juicing?

anybody ever incorporated different juice recipes into their diet to boost their metabolism?

Just heard a little about it from Ali Landry, who uses Dr.Oz's recipies quit often.

Myth. Metabolism is boosted by energy expenditure (ie exercise) and not by just drinking/eating certain foods. If you're talking TEF, yes some foods (protein for example) use more calories to metabolize it, but in this case the regimen of drinking "juiced" foods to increase metabolism is a bunch of crap.

I agree with ninerbuff. No magic food or drink is going to cure what ails you, boost your metabolism, blast belly fat, or whatever the claim of the day is.
