Can anyone join this group? I had my lap-band procedure in June 2009. My starting weight was 326. I am now at 210, and struggling with my last 35 lbs to meet my goal weight of 165. I would love to share and encourage others who have "fought the good fight"!

I had no luck with either, they both kept falling out as I ran... up to 1.34 miles daily :-) My husband finally bought me some Sony MDR AS20J - headphones - Over-the-ear, Binaural. Not very cute, but very effective! Good luck!!

I had my LapBand procedure in June of 2009. So far, I have lost 116 pounds. It was a process to find the "right fit" for the band tightness, sometimes too loose, other times too tight. Luckily, my physician does all band fills under fluoroscopy, so you can see right then and there how the liquids will go through. He also…

I lied and said I was 285, but was really 326. Now I'm at 210, but waiting until I get under the 200 mark before going back in to "fess up" and get a new one! :bigsmile:
