Like most have already said, it's just water retention, no big :) Try to stay away from foods high in sodium so your body won't hold onto every drop of water you put into it. Sometimes exercise helps me.

I invite everyone to add me as well! I've logged in everyday and welcome the support of others. The more the merrier :)

I WAS debating not hitting the gym tomorrow, but now, after seeing your progress, I have no choice but to go. Thank you for the motivation! You look great!

Nothing like a proper fry up :) (The veggie version)

I'm sorry to hear that some of your friends aren't supportive. I had the same issues with a bunch of my friends. You can still go out and have fun without drinking though. I usually order water so I can drink something with my friends. A night out dancing loosens everyone up and they'll probably have fun regardless of…

Maybe try tracking your fibre. That helps to fill you up.

Wow, thank you so much for posting this! You've definitely helped and enlightened a lot of people. Thanks again!

Hey! Looks like we have the same amount of weight to lose! Feel free to add me as well :)

Hey! I'm about your height and weight so feel free to add me and would like to lose about 20-25lbs. My diary is open to friends. Best of luck to you!

Heyya, I'm here for the same reason. Thus far, I've kept up with my diary and logging everything and could definitely use some support from MFP members. Could not agree with you more that it's all about the support of others that keeps you going (plus motivation and patience, of course).

I donated most of my clothes as well. I did keep some jeans that are more forgiving for when I'm bloated. I call them my 'fat-day jeans' haha. I also kept a pair of jeans that I wore when I was 50lbs heavier. I use that for motivation...they remind me to congratulate myself on what I've accomplished.

^ Yesss! Also, my birthday is in the autumn

It all depends on what works for you and your body. If you feel like you have more energy sticking to what you've been doing all along then go for it. Do what makes you feel good. I try to eat back the calories that I burn and it seems to be working for me. Our bodies are all different so everyone has their own unique plan…

Feel free to add me as well! I joined a little over a week ago and have been logging everything. Happy weight loss :)

Could not agree with you more! I'm throwing away the scale today  I may not be losing as quickly as I would like, but I feel better already from working out. Plus, I look forward to my next workout!

Love it. I used to have about 7 servings everyday and then I realised that it's loaded with sugar so I had to cut back, which made me sad all day. Still love it though! Especially mango.

Hey, I'm 5'4'', 158lbs, and also a pescatarian like yourself. I think 1300 is too low for your daily caloric consumption. You shouldn't consume less than your BMR, and yours seems to be at around 1550. Try to get some exercise into your routine and you'll see results. Best of luck!

I don't like Reebok shoes either. I did have the toning shoes for 3 months and found that they were really uncomfortable. My favourite running shoes are made by Asics. :) They're light in weight and give my feet great support.

I've been told that I look like Liv Tyler and I really don't see it. It's a compliment nonetheless :)
