Before starting Insanity I was doing 3 days a week of lifting and 3 days of cardio. I'll probably continue with that, but I need to decide on a new strength training program. And I'm going to cut back on the cardio a bit, probably HIIT for 30 minutes 3x a week instead of what I was doing previously (40-50 minutes, but without intervals).0 -

Completely forgot to post those! Results listed in order from today (most recent fit test) to my first oneI saw consistent improvement each time, except with the suicide jumps today... I was pushing myself pretty hard on the previous exercises and I think I was starting to get worn out lol.
