I love Nature Valley's Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Bar. Only 6g of sugar, which is less than most, and 10g of protein. It's also only 180 cals! :love: it!

Try to change your exercise routine. Your body gets used to routines so you just need to change things up a bit to shock it a bit. Try to fit in some strength training and you should see a difference. Also, maybe you should try zig zagging your calories.

I literally JUST started Jackie Warner's 30 Day Fast Start dvd and it's amazing! There isn't any jumping or bouncing around. She just focuses on working those muscles through a pyramid workout. I love Asics as well. They're light weight and fit to the contours of your feet. Stay away from those toning shoes, especially if you're jogging.

I eat fish. I became vegetarian when I was 12 and then vegan at 16. When I hit college I became veggie again, and two years ago I began eating fish (only when I'm certain that the fish is local). Glad that I helped! And yes, chick peas are sooo good!

Chick peas are high in protein. I try to keep my protein above 100g since I'm a pescatarian and garbanzos help me a great deal. You can use them in so many recipes as well. I use them for my quinoa and chick pea veggie burger, garlic hummus, in an Italian pasta salad, or a zucchini+couscous+carrot salad. Give it a go. :)

That has happened to me, yeah. Could it be that maybe you're about to get you period or are ovulating? Some women feel ovulation cramps two weeks prior to getting their period. I would try to lower your sodium intake and see how you feel. Also, any caffeine, especially coffee, makes it worse for me, so maybe steer clear…
