    introvert. My employer had all of it's management employees take a Myers-Briggs exam. I ranked extremely introvert, off-the-scale type lol. :)

    I have moments of both....so I would say 50/50! I can be quiet or very outgoing....I enjoy times of being alone and with people. I am very easy going, simple person and pretty much will try anything new but I would be happy cuddling on the couch with a special someone too.

    I'm definitely an introvert. I find talking for too long extremely exhausting; just socializing in general. That's not to say I don't ever enjoy it, I just need time to myself to re-energize.

    I like time to myself.
    I like peace and quiet.
    I don't like crowds.
    I prefer small get togethers to parties.
    I shy away from the spotlight.
    I prefer talking to someone one on one than many people in a group because I get a.d.d. and easily distracted.
    I like being aroun people but only in small doses.
    I'm a homebody, but sometimes I get cabin fever.
    I can't stand people who are clingy and are co-dependent because I'm not.
    I'm a deep, internal thinker. I observe rather than talk in group settings.
    If I don't get time to myself, I get cranky.
    I don't mind going to movies by myself.

    Extrovert. I like to talk to people, like to meet people, like to engage people in good conversation. It comes in handy with my job in Real Estate =)

    strong introvert. I can non-awkwardly express myself around others, but I prefer keeping to myself most of the time.

    ^ This. I can take charge when I have to, but most of the time I wish people would just STFU.

    I'm really surprised to see so many introverts here.

    Me too, I had read before that introverts account for only about 30% of the population...they must all be on here ;-).

    Well, this is an internet forum. I imagine most of the extroverts are out... extroverting.

    I guess an introvert but I do like going out occasionally. I just have a low tolerance for people and for stupidity. Possibly because my expecations of people are too high in this day and age.

    This ^^^ Man, so many people irritate me these days. Must be gettin' old and hermity.

    I am the quiet one in the group, very hard shell due to past pains and most people think I basically hate them because of it. In truth I am just protecting myself and once they get to know me better we are usually great friends, I can get along with everyone if they just give me some time to warm up.
