    Least favorite: Peppers! I cannot take any spicyness. Oh and eggplant is a close second because there doesn't seem to be a non-fried version that doesn't taste like *kitten*.

    Roasted aubergine with some feta is gorgeous! As are ratatouille and veggie moussaka.
