I did struggle, but not till month two. Insanity is definitely working if you are doing it. I loved Insanity month 1 and there has definitely been changes inside and out for me. I could be wrong, but It sounds more like a balance issue to me. I had lots of people with balance issues in the martial arts. I always taught people to 1st make sure your body is in line. Buttocks, spine, shoulders, head, all need to be in line (centered) with each other. This will transfer your center to the floor. Which…

Yes, I've heard. Hey, good for you getting to recovery week! Man it's not easy is it? I'm doing this at 49 and about 40 lbs overweight. But I'm getting through it and thats all I care about right now. I know month 2 is coming at me soon. I'll be ready!!! Want to move on to P90x after this one. Try that yet?
