    Great, now I can get some tips, pointers, and advice from you without all of Facebook nation watching. Your 2/3s through the program? I'm just starting. Long martial arts career, lots of old injuries. I'm hoping for lots of fat loss. 49 years old now and want to lose the belly and build muscle.

    How did this work out? Doesn't seem like there's a lot of feedback here, but I'm definitely interested in trying it. I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me. I'd rather talk to someone who's actually used it before I spend the money. It's not incredibly expensive, but it's not real cheap either.
