You don't HAVE to limit yourself to losing 2 lbs / week especially if you're exercising that much. (And I have no idea why people are doubting that you can burn that many calories in 3-5 hours of working out. Seems very reasonable.) I end up with at least one unplanned "cheat day" every week, mostly to not offend at a family meal and it would be almost impossible to track that day. If I planned a cheat day I would end up with two bad days. IMO it's better to not plan one since it's hard enough as is.

It will all come off. Just be patient. As many people my weight will stick at spots for long periods and I'll get discouraged. Then, out of nowhere, I'll get on the scale to see what seem to be ridiculously low numbers. That makes it all worth it. Mathematically it has to come off. Be patient.

My thoughts exactly. Just have to go easy on the almonds from a calorie perspective (and the strawberries from a digestive perspective).

The only way I can stay ahead is by working out more. Otherwise there is no way I could hit my calorie amounts. Besides, it's hard to work out and eat at the same time.
