  • I make a banana strawberry smoothie. Yum and low cals. 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh) 1/2 banana, about a cup of ice, and 1/2 to 1 can of diet 7 up. I blend mine on the smoothie setting on my blender. It is so yummy. :drinker: I normally double the recipe so that I can use the whole banana, when I do that I use the…

  • I know that it gets frustrating...but don't give up. Hang in there. I don't know what other advice to really give you. I know when I feel like giving up my friends are very supportive, and they just tell me to keep at it even if it takes a long time. You can do it. :flowerforyou:

  • Just say Thank you! I lost over 100 pounds and I wasn't sure how to handle people complimenting me. I felt like I needed to explain myself. We don't. A simple Thank You is perfect.. And by the way you are doing great. :flowerforyou:
  • I agree. You have to stick to the life style change or it will come right back on...Been there done that. :frown: I lost 113 pounds and have put 20 of it back on. I could kick myself for falling back into some bad habits. Thank heavens I didn't let them continue on. I am working hard to get back to my goal, and I will get…
  • I lost 113 pounds and had to have my wedding rings resized. They went down 1 1/2 ring sizes.:drinker:
  • We have one and I love cooking on it, but the clean up is a pain. We just purchased a Cuisinart Griddler series that has the reversible plates...one side grill/panini, the other side the griddle. That is so much easier to clean since the plates come off and you can pop them in the dish washer or wash by hand. If you use…
  • I agree with this so much. I never thought about it utill I heard other people saying it...then I started using the phrase a few times. Then I thought ...WRONG ...this is a life style change, a forever life style change for me. not a journey. That being said, what ever works for you, go for it.
  • That is rude!!! We are here to help each other, not put them down.
  • How does 62 sound? lol My name is Pat, and I am also a WW member and have lost alot there. I hit life time, but then put some back on. I am not going to leave WW, but I thought this might help me too. I am going to send you a friend request if that is ok.

  • veggie delight on wheat. all veggies except the hot ones. extra olives with a little mustard. yum no cheese!
  • You are doing so good. I have lost over 100 pounds so I know where you are coming from. I also just purchase the Wii zumba and am having so much fun with it. I can't go very long yet, but will build up my time. I am 62 and this old body needs to take more time to build up to some work outs than it use to. You have…
  • This is awesome. I am so glad that I happened upon this thread. Thank you for writing this, it all makes so much sense.
  • Please see someone about this. It really sounds like you have an eating disorder. If you continue on like this it could kill you. That is about as blunt as I can get.
  • That's good...:blushing:
  • I think lately I have been talking negative to myself and that is probably what has caused me to mess up lately. When I was losing before I would use more poitive talk...like you can do this, and look how far you have come. Good work keep it up. I am trying to get back to that. I do much better in other things when I get…
  • 94% fat free popcorn...I love popcorn and it takes a while to eat. :drinker:
  • I like both the Lean Cuisine and the Weight watcher smart ones. The only ones that I didn't care for were the mac and cheese in both brands. Sodium is high but if that is not a problem for you then I would recomend either one.
  • Awesome! You obviously stuck to a good plan. Congrats
  • I agree with this. I have lost 113 pounds on WW and really need the meetings and the accountability.
