I tend to workout about 30 mins after dinner, so I am done at about 8 and sometimes get hungry during exercise. I have been liking string cheese paired with a fruit-like a pear, or watermelon, peaches ect. anything that I have that week.
I also have turkey jerkey things that I use instead of the string cheese when I get bored.0 -

I eat dinner around 9:00 on the nights I have class.
I work from 9-5 then I'm in class three days a week from 5:30 to 9:00, some days I got to the gym if I didn't get a chance on my lunch break o I don't eat until 10:00 or later
Nothing wrong with eating late if you can fit it in0
