Hi everyone! I haven't bought Insanity yet but I am seriously considering it - I've been active at the gym since June hoping to get a fab bod (haha) by December but progress is so slow! So I feel like Insanity could be my answer... I'm interested to hear about everyone's experiences with it and if they think it is…

either - the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia, or the waterfront in Wellington, where I live. If you could be the main character in a book, what genre would the book be?

20lbs is about 9 kgs. I would love to be there by xmas, but don't know how do-able that is for me. However, I'll give it my best shot. Current weight (let's be honest, it fluctuates because of my eating/my scales) but it's around the 70kg mark Goal weight: 61kg (although anything below 65 and I'll be happy!)

just discovered how low in cals Corn Thins are - I used to eat light Cruskits but now I love these as they have flavours. I'm purposely staying at uni until dinner time to stop myself from going home and eating more from the packet on my desk.

I've been to Australia, Fiji, Rarotonga, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil and Uruguay (6 weeks of backpacker in Jan), and a year high school exchange to Chile. Bring on Europe!

I have this cropped denim jacket, and when I used to do up the bottom buttons it would be tight on my waist and therefore define my figure - looked great over a dress with no shape. Today I did up those buttons, and it was SO loose! My waist is smaller. YES!

whatsup! I'm 20, and fun fact hmmm --- I blink when I swear!

that's me! currently 154.5 but when I started on MFP I was 167.5 and heading downwards is great! Hope to be around the 143 lb mark, looking muscular and toned :)

my flatmate made this AMAZING brocolli and lentil salad last night. It had in it cooked brocolli, canned lentils and a dressing of soy sauce and fresh coriander. Probably some other ingredients in there too, but it was yummy!

how is this happening? the kilos (I'm measuring in kg's then converting) are just falling off now. Either my scales are wonky or I actually did this.... hopefully its the 1st option!

needing to wear a belt with the jeans that I got a year ago - and when I got them a year ago they were tight and I had to squeeze into them! So many belt victories today, congrats everyone!

I'm 20 and at university in NZ. I will be doing some adding. Younger people who can relate to student life would be fab!

Polypropelene is great to run in, or merino woollen tops. I once ran in snow last year, wearing only my running gear and polyprops. The knees of my polyprops iced up! Wear warmer clothes, and warm up before you go outside, you've got the right idea! (I now stick to the treadmill unless it's a sunny day outside, I'm cold…

Adding you :) I'm 20 and a uni student too, who would love to lose 30lbs!

I follow this http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/female-20to39-fat-loss/training not precisely but it gives me a good idea of what to do, and has videos of all the moves (for both male and female). I generally do one class a week as well instead of a rest day to add variety, and throw in a few other exercises here and…

request will be sent. I'm 20 :)

Friday's a perfect day for NSV victories of the week: 1) Upped my weights at the gym! I like to think that for every kilo that I go up, a kilo from my body drops off. 2) A dress I bought a year and a half ago, which used to keep coming unbuttoned at my bust and was tight around my waist, now is loose on both of those parts…

I have been doing it wrong for three weeks. Thank you VERY much for all the advice everyone (even though I wasn't the original poster).

http://www.healthyfood.co.nz/ Woohoo! I do! My mum gets a free copy (a month behind) through her work, and we have 100's of copies at home. I get pretty much all the recipes that I cook for my flat off the website. It's amazing. I definitely recommend checking it out.

THIS!!! and ... I'm losing fat and I can't wait until I see my friends after the summer break and they don't recognise me and are visibly stunned at my awesome 6 pack, toned legs and muscly arms ;)

Bump! I would like to know the answer to this too please :) and had NO idea that muscle needed 48 hrs to repair? I've been doing strength training every day with my workouts and have still got muscles (woo) so would it work more effectively if I did that every 2nd day?

fantastic weight loss! however your pic doesn't seem to be showing up?

I won't have seen a lot of my extended family for a few months - so I want to surprise them. (Not my grandfather though. Every time I see him he tells me I've slimmed down ... even when I went away for a year and put on 10kg.) But it's nice.
