My new pic at 144 pounds.. Lost 36 pounds since I had my Heart Surgery... 29 pounds to go.. I need to stick to this cause I cannot exercise anymore do to heart issues again. So hopefully until after this next surgery I can either lose or stay without gaining.. Thank you everyone.
