    My ultimate fitness goal hasn't been decided. Right now by goal is 25 pounds less off my body, 21 more pounds to go.

    Watermelon. I like that you can add mint and ricotta or mash it up with some lime and make paletas... and turn it into a real treat!

    Eurorail through Italy, Spain, France and visit England. Why? Because I've always wanted to go, since I was 19. :) Visit the museums, maybe teach some English - travel, travel, travel!

    OR

    Travel all over Argentina and Peru -see the ancient sites, teach English, dance and hike. Why? To practice Spanish and to say I've done it! :)
