They're from a shop on Ebay - they have a proper website, which sells other supplements - so not too bad - wouldn't trust any of the adverts on tv with this sort of thing! Ah well, back to getting into the exercise again - thanks all :)

That's kind of what I thought, but I thought there can't be any harm in trying it - didn't buy masses of them, so not as if I'm wasting a lot of money - think it only came to £5 for a pack of both with 30 days supply. Thank you

Stuffing!!! Plain old Sage & Onion stuffing really upsets my stomach, but I still eat it and deal with the consequences the next day!!!

I'm actually glad I'm losing my boobs, means I don't have to pay stupid prices for bra's anymore! Although, I am still wearing my original sized bra's - when I finally/eventually get to the weight I've set myself, I'm going to go and get properly measured again, chuck out all my old bras and get some nice new ones!

I've been doing the 30DS, got about 4 other fitness dvd's which I rotate, walk to work as well - so even if I don't get to exercise, I'm still walking to/from work - which takes me 30-40 minutes per day - I did do some pictures as well when I first "officially" started trying to lose weight, and then again when I…

I do it, along with other DVD's I have, so its not the same workout day in, day out - and I can't afford to go to the gym, so it helps me to get the exercise I need!

I've got the Garmin Fit app as well, but not used that mainly because I don't think you can sync it with MFP - find the Runtastic one quite handy being able to do it straight away - just a bit odd that it duplicates it.

I've cut down (I do still have the odd ready made pizze or meal or maybe even a chicken fillet with sauce in it!) on processed food, eating a lot more home-made fresh food and I still count calories, plus I added exercise straight into it when I first decided I wanted to lose weight (whilst adding more water to my diet)…

Yep - I have at least 3-4 cups a day, sometimes more - One of those is usually a skinny, sugar free vanilla or caramel latté which I (really shouldnt get) have on my way to work - but I have skimmed milk, which is only a little drop, with no sugar! Although - it doesn't seem to have any effect on me, I can quite easily…
