I'm a pescetarian too! My reason is more because I'm an animal lover though. Just watch the videos of animal cruelty on PETA, that'll make you not wanna eat meat ever again. Of course another perk that came with it for me was I lost like 10 pounds.

Well I just looked it up and this site- http://www.algaecal.com/magnesium-foods.html, says that these are all foods rich in magnesium. Hope this helps! I hear ya. I have a collapsed lung and keep going in and out of sickness and it's killing my diet. SO frustrating!:sick:

I'm in exactly the same boat! I'm 133 right now and actually I gained 3 lbs in the last couple days. It's sooo frustrating but you shouldn't give up cause it's gonna take some time. And it might just be your gaining muscle. Just give it another shot. :smile:

I'm having the same problem. I'm 5'3 and am trying to lose that last ten pounds and my weight keeps fluctuating, either that or it just stays the same. It's really frustrating!!!

Somehow I gained four pounds back in the last few days! I dont get it, I was just losing weight and then all the sudden I'm back up to 133! Really discouraged cause I'm trying to get to my goal weight by spring break when I go on vacation. Any suggestions on what's going on and how to fix it?
