I just got the pilates ball and im so excited i didnt realize how much you could so with it!!! it works all the partsof my body that the weight machines at the gym do and more!!!
anyone else do the pilate ball? Because i think its great!!! Theres an excercise for any part of your body that you want to work!!!

I love mine! I've made a rule that I can only surf the internet (I seem to always end up here. . .) while I'm sitting on it.
