I have this set of books, but have not started reading them yet. Did you read the first 6? I am reading all of the Alex Cross books now, just about to finish up. I am reading Made to Crave right now. So don't want to post that one with the in your pants at the end. SMH

So a person that weighs 222 lbs. should eat a minimum of 111 grams of protein a day to lose weight? Thank you for posting this! Please tell me if I have the formula right.

I am sorry to be ignorant... what is 30DS? I was told by the dietician that we should have about 1500 calories a day, divided into 5 or 6 meals with 10 - 12 fruits and vegetable servings a day... 5 or 6 of each.
