I had this problem whilst training for a marathon some years ago, I got my running style analysed and discovered I was over pronating. Better running shoes, suited to my running style, solved the problem for me and it might work for you. Many good specialist running shops will analyse your running style for free.

I gave up all sugar last year, really quite difficult as it is hidden in everything, this year I have given up so much already that I don't think I can stand to give up anything else.

Kettle chips, although I am not sure that they qualify as food. OMG I miss them soooo much!

Welcome, I have been doing MFP since August and it had really worked for me, exactly 3.5 stone lost since then ( as of this mornings weigh in. All done through this site, no mad exercise (other than walking a very grateful dog) , no daft pills etc. This site is great and once you get into the habit of logging everything it…

Great job, really happy for you.

MFP is the only thing that has worked for me, you get positive feedback and can monitor your progress. The app both informs and educates you to live healthier. Good luck, it must feel great to think that you are inspiring others.
