Well My first goal I wanted to loose 30lbs by the time my husband comes home at the end of March(i've lost 13lbs so far, I started the begning of January) but i decided I will be happy with loosing 20lbs by the time he comes home. I have never lost that much before so i will be happy with that. My ultimate goal is to loose 40lbs by my 29th birthday in July. I have my personal training set up for 6 months and so my sessions will be done in June. i hope to at least loose 30 by then and then do the last 10 on my own.

Well by April I'd like to lose 0.5" off my waist, 0.5" off my thighs, my arms to look more defined and to possibly lose 2.4% body fat. Don't think it's so easy to lose BF though, so that may have to wait.
Weight wise, I'd like to lose 4.4lb by March 4th as that's my birthday and would put me dead on 10st (140lb).
By June I'd like to be at 137lb, have lost another 0.5"-1" off my waist and thighs and lose another couple of % BF.0 -

November 9th. My best friend is getting married and I'm a bridesmaid so I really would just like to be happier in my skin. Not looking to be a specific weight or size (well....maybe a UK size 14) but just happier and smaller :-). Plenty of time to take it slow and steady!0

Ultimately though, I'm currently 32.4% BF (due to long-term eating disorders - I have a lot of fat for someone who isn't fat), and would like to get to 25% I think. Possibly lower, not sure yet.
I know this is a long-term goal though, so I don't really have a date. Any drop in that is a great thing for me, and any inch loss is what I'm aiming for - weight loss will probably come along with this though, and my "goal weight" so to speak is 133lb.0 -

150 by May 11th - my 22nd birthday. I said I wanted to be healthy BMI by then, though I may well lose more weight after that.0

yeah I started on 25th feb last yr with goal of 138lbs by September 16th this year for holiday. it was unrealistic as no interim goals. I didn't even bother for the first few months but now on track after setting smaller goals such as 39lbs by 25th feb this year - which I achieved with 40lbs yesterday!0

It took me 9 months to put the weight on,and Im giving myself 9 months to lose it,so by september 19th I'd like to have lost the last 21 pounds. Thats just under 2 1/2 pounds a month,so I could definitely reach my goal early too.0

If I lose 15 by May 25 (my 42nd bday) then my bf is allowed to buy me Romolo Chocolates from Erie PA as a gift.
They are the best ever and since i live in Boston MA I dont get them... ever.
I know rewarding with food is not great but, hey, theyre Romolos!!

My doc's check up in July as well. Also, husband turns 40 and my son turns 21 and we are planning a trip for their birthdays which are a week apart in july. Want to break out a new bathing suit and new look!0 -

I'm getting married on October 5th, so I want to be at my goal before then. (dress fitting is about 6 weeks prior, so.. August 20?)
I have about 25 more lbs to lose so it's definitely a goal I feel that is attainable. 150 is my goal weight for my wedding, but my ultimate goal weight is 140, but I'll just have to see if I can make it there by my wedding. If not, no biggie, this is kind of a lifestyle thing for me so I'll get there eventually.0
