I haven't been able to post for a few days, I've been keeping up with the squats! 10/19 - day 26 - 135 squats - done! 10/20 - day 27 - 140 squats - done! 10/21 - day 28 - 145 squats - done! 10/22 - day 29 - 150 squats - done!

Was not able to sign on yesterday - 125 squats - done! Sorry nothing fancy from me today just completed the 130 squats - its getting real tough

10/16 - day 23 - 120 squats - done !! :smile: I can certainly feel a difference, not sure if my butt and thighs look any different. Went shopping with my daughter over the weekend and noticed that it is a lot easier squatting to pee in the public restrooms.

music does help make the work out go by faster - i usually try to get mine done when i get home from work - helps with the stress 10/4 - day 11 - 60 squats - done ! :smile:

I'm not a fan of sodas, fast food or anything gummy. I wish I didn't enjoy potato chips, ice cream or cake; then I'd have this weight thing licked.
