1330,impossible for me i need at least 1500 calories

i don't attend any kind of gym,i have every morning 20 minutes of walking and then 30/45 minutes of activity like dancing or walking again in the rest of the day for 5 days a week

what do you mean by 1500 calories + exercise calories?do you eat back your exercise calories? Btw you look great,i'm just like you were day 1 more or less and i want to get the same body.Any device?

i'm tall 167 cm and weight 58 kilos but in 2 months i've lost just 3 kilos ,sounds too few for a diet ,or it's just me?

I don't eat all my calories back because i want to create a deficit so most of times i eat my calories + 100/200 calories back,i measure ,nearly obsessed with that,all my portions and food in generaland i count also olive oil cause that's basically the only thing i use to season my food

Actually i set my life style to active and switched my daily calories to 1510 cause 1200 sometimes are relly too few for me and i feel deprived A LOT

Actually i don't really care about miles i walk what matters to me is walking walking walking even indoor,in you house . I think there's really a way to get started , just walk anytime you feel like it and for how long u feel like it

I think everybody should learn how to eat with mfp.Nobody says that you have to wait 8 weeks more or less weeks.It's a matter of you and your body.For me it would be impossible to stay away from something i really like for 1 week,just think about 8!!!
