New here, need support

Hey all, I am new to this site though it was recommended by a few friends. I am 24 and had a baby almost 6 months ago and want to get back to my pre baby body. As a teenager I had very unhealthy habits when it came to eating and losing weight and I want to do this right this time. Need some support so I don't slip up and so I can accomplish my goals in a healthier way than I did as a teenager. I am trying to retrain myself and reprogram how I think about food.

    what u really need is will ,strong will.Let's say that with your baby you're gonna have a lot of free workouts and exercise so it's okay and then u just need to get used to that little by little.Bad habits are hard to overcome so what u really want is erasing your past for starting properly you journey.I was going to give up few weeks ago but then somebody told me "Forget about yesterday,forget about junk you had yesterday and think about today and keep going :) good luck
