Most likely inflammation of your muscles. How much you eating and what workouts are you doing? Based on your ticket, you will need a small deficit (like 1/2 lb per week). Also, you want to make sure you get enough of your electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, sodium) to help flush your system and replenish it.0 -
What is your actual age?0

It might be that your body is losing inches in other places?0

Hi there,
I have lost inches some weeks while not losing any weight and then lost weight and not inches other weeks. I wouldn't worry about it so much. Take measurements of arms, legs, waist, hips and neck weekly and keep logging your weight. You'll see changes in all of them. I also found that none of my clothing sizes really changed then as soon as I lost more than 20 lbs everything started to hang off of me.0 -

I eat for 1500-1600 calories net 1000-1200 sometimes little bit less than 1000 and i haven't attended gym actually,i'm doing simple workouts like zumba fit for wii, bike, dance, hula hop (it really makes me sweaty) and a looooooooooooooooot of walking every single day so basically i burn like minimum 400 calories a day until 1000 calories burned when i'm going out or just when i feel like having a good meal0 -

Maybe add a few hundred more calories since you are active... set your basic account to lightly active or moderately. If you are burning that much, you are netting less than 1000 calories. Up your calories 200 calories for a week to see if that helps. Also, if you open your diary we can evaluate it more. I can tell you, with as little to lose, you can't expect a lot of weight loss, if any at all.. If anything, I would highly suggest getting into weight training so you can work on recomposition.0 -
In before wall of nonsense!!!
And I lost a few pounds before I saw any inches coming off at all. And you shouldn't measure just your hips, take all of your measurements. It started coming off of my arms and thighs first!0 -
Like the others have said, you're probably losing in other places. I first started losing weight in all the parts I DIDN'T really want to lose: wrists, ankles, lower arms, boobs etc... The most stubborn areas are the last to budge so keep at it and you'll start to see a difference in your hips soon enough!0

Stubborn areas, cough my hips as well cough, are always the last. my calves, thighs and arms have lost inches like crazy in the past couple months. My hips, stomach, waist and bust, all been shrinking soooooooooooooo ssssssllllllllllooooooooooooowwwwwww. I would start keeping track of other measurements if you aren't already; guarantee you're losing somewhere else0
