To lose weight 1700 calories are too much or are a good enough? I'm tall 167 cm and weight 56/57 kilos trying to lose my last 10 pounds

depends on your activity level. I am about the same height as you and heavier than you and wouldn't lose any weight with that amount of calories.0

i don't attend any kind of gym,i have every morning 20 minutes of walking and then 30/45 minutes of activity like dancing or walking again in the rest of the day for 5 days a week0

I just decided to up my calories so I can't tell you how it's gonna work, but I just upped from 1500 to 1800. My TDEE is around 2500 according to If It Fits Your Macros website, not including going to the gym, so I am hoping this will keep me losing weight while letting me eat! Haha.0
