Try making it a recipe, measure out what you would put into a serving. If you only eat have then log .5 serving, if you eat 4/3 then put .75 serving. It's easier then putting in every ingredient every time.

Good luck, you will do Great! The only things I used were my phone charger, slippers, hair brush, tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo and conditioner. I was very nervous the night before, and right up until they put me out. The pain wasn't even close to what I had anticipated. The next few days are going to fly by!

I just had surgery 2 weeks ago. From my first day in the program to surgery was 2 yrs. During that time I did 12 classes on nutrition, exercise, learning the difference between heart, mind, and stomach hunger (that was a big one for me). Every time I go to eat anything I ask myself if I am actually hungry or is it emotion…

I'm really sorry, that will make summer difficult. Trying to find the silver lining, it will give you time to start prepping for your new lifestyle after surgery. Are you in the Weight wise program in Edmonton? I just got my surgery done on Tuesday. During my last class there was a man who was supposed to get his surgery in July but is now scheduled for December. I really felt bad for him. This program is so long to begin with, adding an extra 5 months is hard. I'm sorry this is…
