Please add me in as well. Long time lurker. Used MFP to lose over 25 kg for my elder one. The fat and the scale refuses to budge post pregnancy number 2 and I am about 8 kg away from my target weight. Looking for recipe ideas (am a veggie) and home workout ideas as well (regularly do HASFit, Jillian Michaels)

I have been a vegetarian all my life and I have PCOS as well. I try to keep my carbs anywhere between 130-160 g a day... though I have had better results with weight loss when I stick to the lower 130s. I mostly eat an Indian diet with a lot of lentils and vegetables in whatever I cook if that helps.

Thanks for the post. Appreciate it. I checked their website couple of weeks back and registrations were not open then. Missed the bus the last couple of years and I'll make sure I don't miss it this time around!

I have a PCOS + endo combo. I love my food and also love to workout, but it is super hard to lose weight. Averaging about 2 lbs loss every month ever since I am active on MFP.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS and had lost over 50 lbs in 2004-06 and about 41 lbs in 2013. I have all the info on my profile.

I have PCOS, take metformin on and off and I struggle to lose weight. What I realize is low carbing with high protein works. I try to hit 100 G protein and about 110-120g carbs. I'd love to go lower in carbs unfortunately I like my food a lot and not willing to compromise on that. 1200 or 1600 calories a day doesn't…

And I have a soft corner for the power jumps! Hehe. They get the best out of me!

Fantastic numbers! I have mine the day after. Can't wait! Not expecting great results after falling sick.

Right. It seemed dubious. Lemme find a way to get track those calories accurately using my good old Forerunner~

Turns out that some who have PCOS have no problems with milk supply and some have. I happen to be one of those unlucky ones. I am from Canada and I worked with a lactation consultant on improving my milk supply. It is hard work as I had to pump for 15 minutes as soon as I fed my daughter and also be on a dose of Metformin…

The question which always haunted me and still haunts me is - Am I doing the right thing? ( Even during a very good workout session) Can I do it better? Am I eating right? Is it adequate or am I overindulging?

I was diagnosed with PCOS years back and I lost weight (over 30 kgs in 2 years) by doing good old cardio and lots of yoga. I piled in oodles of weight during my pregnancy and 10 months postpartum, I am 8 kgs away from my pre pregnancy weight. I was put on Metformin while TTC, but I don't think it made much difference. I…
