Great exercises to lose inches are *Running up and down the stairs!! *Jogging *Dancing! And try 1000 Calories a day. U'll eventually get there, post pregnancy weight loss is usually hard! :)) Good Luck!

I've been eating 600-900 calories a day and i do 200 calories worth of cardio if not more! I know its. Unhealthy!! But thats then and this is now!! I see youve lost ana amazing amount of weight!! What was ur daily. Intake and excersise ?

Well I personally do 35 minutes of dancing to club music, and pop songs, stuff that gets u moving!!
