    I think today I'm going to tell him to work core/abs!

    My daily walk turned into a sprint when my sons school bus was early and passed me up on the way to get him. Whew. My baby was bouncing along in her stroller giggling, which really cheered me on. :tongue:

    Bicycling for an hour this morning, then stand up paddleboarding for an hour and a half this afternoon. Carrying grandchildren and great-nieces on the front of my board.

    Lazy day, walking, and PS3 calisthenics tonight...( everytime you die, fail, are arrested, etc...you pound out 15 reps of something :)

    This morning I did 45 minutes of Zumba for PS3.

    Well I personally do 35 minutes of dancing to club music, and pop songs, stuff that gets u moving!! I love dancing so it doesn't feel like exercise for me :)) It's just fun, and you can burn up to 215 calories in 30 minutes!! that 430 calories an hour!! That's a subway 6 inch sandwich you just burned off!!! after dancing i do the "boring part" --- THE CRUNCHES AND PUSH UPS -- I personally do 40 push ups and 100 crunches every other day, whenever I'm in the mood :D)) But just make sure you burn atleast 200 calories a day doing any exercise you chose :)) jogging is fun too, well... music makes anything fun!! anyways... Best of luck!! :))

    Oops, I forgot to post yesterday! I did both Zumba Party 20 minute intermediate games on the PS3. Today I did Jackie Warner circuit B3 (back, hamstrings, biceps, core). Friday is my last day, then I take a one week break and start NROLFW!!! :bigsmile: My new weights should be in before the end of next week!
