  • Today I did the 2012 Annual Labor Day Rail Trail Ramble. It was 16 mile walk through the woods.
  • A sunny 5 mile run :happy:

    I ran 20 miles this morning in preparation for a 50km race in just under 5 weeks.

    My feet are knackered now from water and blood blisters.

    :yawn: I can barely stay awake

    This morning I rode my bike 5.1 miles. I will do my Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies 5 (50 minutes of cardio) later this evening.

    Depending on the heat, I might get in another bike ride this evening. It is 102 degrees here.

    I've been doing 30 Day Shred at night before I go to bed. Today is day 3 in a row =)
    I also try and walk or use my elliptical too, but I haven't had too much free time on my hands. Definitely the shred though.

    Today I are been mostly doing (in reps of 6,6,5,5,4 with a warmup set of 12 unless specified differently):

    Warmup - 1 mile @ 9min mile pace, followed by 2 miles at 10 min mile pace.

    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Single-leg leg press
    Leg extension - single leg
    Hamstring curls - single leg
    Dumbbell incline press
    Dumbbell shoulder press (standing)
    Front raises
    Bent-over row
    Lat pulldowns
    Dumbbell wrist curls to failure x 5
    Dumbbell pronation/supination to failure x 5

    Elliptical trainer - 4 miles in 30 mins.

    Walked at brisk pace for an hour, then did abdominals & stretches for 45 minutes. Also did some hoola hooping, but really rusty at that so was more for fun than a workout, lol.
