            Tonight's "sort of" my night off so I'm just doing some ab work.0

            My exercise for today was the Elliptical for 30 minutes, I also did the Jillian Michaels dvd-"No more trouble zones", but it isn't in their database,,,wish I knew how many calories I burned doing the dvd...0

            This morning I did 30DS level 2, then Turbo Jam Cardio Party. Before dinner I swam for about 25 mins in my pool.0

25 mins of stationary bike
not as much work out as previously when I had 25 mins insted of the bike but a leg/foot injury has me on the bike instead.
hope I am working hard enough to continue losing weight. I will know Friday.0 -

Oooh... I should add that I am going DIRECTLY to the grocery store next to my gym afterward... and I purposely wore a gray t-shirt. I love going in there all sweaty. I know... I'm odd that way. :laugh:0 -
