    1.5 hour walk covering about 8km this morning, another 2.5k walk later today and an abs set.
    Actually really missing going out for a run but then i'm ill at the moment.

    Just did 30 Day Shred for the first time today. Nothing else because I want to see how sore I am from just that alone. I'm thinking it won't be too bad.

    15 minutes on the stationary bike while my kids were eating breakfast, and I'll take Ellie (my Beagle) for a long walk after dinner tonight.

    30DS and will probably go for a walk also (3 miles is the usual loop), or I may do a bit more strength training with my weights at home.

    (if you havent watched men in black 3 yet, you wont get this)

    nothing yet, probably will walk home, its about 1.25 miles but dependant on rain and how i feel (changing my meds around, beta blockers do not suit my heart apparently, 54bpm walking around is not normal for someone my size)

    might just do some jumping jacks in the restaurant, the lights are off and no one will see...
