My daily walk turned into a sprint when my sons school bus was early and passed me up on the way to get him. Whew. My baby was bouncing along in her stroller giggling, which really cheered me on.0

Well I personally do 35 minutes of dancing to club music, and pop songs, stuff that gets u moving!! I love dancing so it doesn't feel like exercise for me ) It's just fun, and you can burn up to 215 calories in 30 minutes!! that 430 calories an hour!! That's a subway 6 inch sandwich you just burned off!!! after dancing i do the "boring part" --- THE CRUNCHES AND PUSH UPS -- I personally do 40 push ups and 100 crunches every other day, whenever I'm in the mood )) But just make sure you burn atleast 200 calories a day doing any exercise you chose ) jogging is fun too, well... music makes anything fun!! anyways... Friday is my last day, then I take a one week break and start NROLFW!!! :bigsmile: My new weights should be in before the end of next week!0

Friday is my last day, then I take a one week break and start NROLFW!!! :bigsmile: My new weights should be in before the end of next week!
